Overview of Duties:
- Greet prospective residents and present the community through a personalized tour.
- Gather information regarding the needs and qualifications of prospective residents and conduct follow-ups.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to leasing inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service to current residents.
- Understand and enforce policies and procedures of the company particularly in regards to Fair Housing, discrimination and occupancy standards.
- Prepare routine reports as requested by the property manager.
- Use software program to accurately record telephone and walk-in traffic, including rental, cancellation, transfer and lease renewal.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and oral communication
- Sales and negotiation ability
- Customer service experience in at least one of the following industries: property management, hospitality, retail, real estate
- Customer-focused attitude
